The healthcare company has rolled out its strategic priorities for the year ahead in a report to shareholders.
Primary Health Care also acknowledged plans to strengthen its balance sheet via strong capital management and a review of spending, including IT in an effort to improve returns on capital.
The company described FY15 as a year in transition, referring to the loss of founder Dr Edmund Batemen.
