(ASX:SMX) CEO, Jackie Korhonen said “I’ll just take a minute to introduce myself; I’ve actually been the CEO since February this year. A little bit about the company; we’ve been in business now for 29 years, about 15 years ago we were listed on the ASX. We have in the past focused on the ASX 20 and above as a target for our client set and large government departments, and as I talk through the presentation one of the things that will come out is we are looking to broaden our client base from ASX 20, 30 to 300 as part of our strategy.
We are growing in market share – last year we had a record revenue result of $356 million which was 13 per cent growth on the previous year and that’s in a market that Gartner and Forrester estimates growing between 4 and 6 per cent. So we feel we are taking share. We do provide services that support the full lifecycle of information technology. Our heritage has been advisory and consulting around IT and business but over the past few years we’ve expanded our offerings into solutions and implementation services. And more recently into managed services and I’ll talk a little bit more about those as I go through the presentation…”
