Pact Group Holdings
(ASX:PGH) has announced Malcolm Bundey will take over as Managing Director and CEO.
Mr Bundey will start on December 1 following a move from the US where he currently heads up Graham Packaging a US$3bn global packaging company.
The appointment follows a global recruitment search and is somewhat of a coup for Pact which has big plans for global expansion.
Current MD and CEO Brian Cridland will continue on at the company until Mr Bundey arrives and will then stay until April 2016 for an orderly transition of leadership.
Pact Group reported net profit of $67.7 million for the 2015 financial year.
