Transpacific Industries Group Limited
(ASX:TPI) has announced the abrupt resignation of Cleanaway Managing Director Jack Perko.
Mr Perko was brought in from the US at the expense of previous Cleanaway MD Nick Clark.
Mr Perko had just signed a two year retention deal at the start of August but is returning to the US and will not receive any further payments or compensation from the company.
A global search is underway and Transpacific CEO Vik Bansal will take on the role until a replacement is found.
Transpacific reported a net loss of $15.4 million for the 2015 financial year.
