Vision Eye Institute Limited
(ASX:VEI) has appointed Justin Walter as Managing Director and CEO.
Mr Walter is currently general manager of the Aged Care sector for Spotless Group. He brings widespread experience in private health care having held senior roles at Healthscope along with helping to set up a Health Advisory Practice in Western Australia.
The appointment follows an extensive executive search.
Vision Eye Institute recently recommended a takeover offer of $1.10 per share from Chinese company Jangho Group.
Vision Eye Institute reported a net profit of $12.03 million for the 2015 financial year.
