Sydney Airport Holdings
(ASX:SYD) are welcoming a new member to the board.
Grant Fenn will join the board on October 1 and will be subject to selection at the AGM in May 2016.
He replaces Max Moore-Wilton who retired earlier this year.
Mr Fenn has over 20 years in operational, strategic and developmental management and was previously a member of the Qantas Executive
Committee.
He has also been Managing Director and CEO of Downer Group for the past five years.
Sydney Airport reported a net profit of $255 million for the 2015 financial year.
