Beach Energy Limited
(ASX:BPT) has announced the resignation of Managing Director Robert Cole.
The oil and gas company announced on 19 August 2015 that Mr Cole had been on leave due to family matters. Mr Cole has since decided it is not possible to return to the role in a full-time capacity, and as such has tendered his resignation.
Mr Cole will remain with Beach Energy until 14 October 2015.
Mr Neil Gibbins will continue in the role of Acting Chief Executive Officer until a new Managing Director is appointed.
Beach Energy Limited reported a net loss of $514 milion in FY15.
