Migme Limited
(ASX:MIG) has announced the successful completion of a $10 million capital raising.
The digital entertainment company advised it had successfully completed the placed of 10,000,000 shares, at an issue price of $1.00 per share.
The injection of capital will enable migme to accelerate growth in key emerging markets of India, the Philippines and Indonesia.
Migme recently announced an agreement with Indian mobile technology company MoMagic Technologies to distribute the migme app onto android handsets across India.
Migme reported a net loss of $8.8 million in the first half of 2015.
