Helloworld Limited
(ASX:HLO) has confirmed it is in discussions with AOT Group regarding a potential acquisition.
Responding to media speculation, Helloworld confirmed that an evaluation of the potential acquisition of travel services company AOT Group is still in progress.
The travel distribution company noted in a statement to the ASX that no transaction has been agreed or approved by the HLO Board.
Helloworld added that there is no certainty the current discussions will lead to any transactions.
Helloworld recorded a full year loss of $201.11 million.
