Seven Group Holdings
(ASX:SVW) has reported a net loss of almost $360 million in its full-year results.
The media and industrial conglomerate notes earnings fell $621.6 million from a profit of $262.5 million a year earlier.
The result follows writedowns and restructuring costs, alongside a continued decline in product sales revenue from industrial services business WesTrac Australia.
Seven Group acknowledged challenging conditions in the mining sector and highlights that it remains cautious about the current business environment.
Seven Group will pay a final dividend of 20 cents on October 9, bringing the total distribution to 40 cents per share.
