Virtus Health Limited
(ASX:VRT) has reported a small decrease in net profit on the back of a number of acquisitions.
In the full year to June 30, the IVF provider reported a net profit of $29.43 million, a 4.7 per cent fall on last year’s read.
However, the company’s revenue increased 16.1 per cent to $233.7 million.
The board says it will continue to expand its operations in Australia and overseas markets, and remains open to opportunities in the UK and South-east Asia.
Virtus Health will pay final fully franked dividend of 14 cents.
