Transfield Services Limited
(ASX:TSE) has issued a statement correcting factual errors in recent statements by the media.
The company denies all allegations of misleading the Senate Select Committee and stands by its evidence.
Transfield says it defends its reporting framework and its actions in investigating incidents at the Regional Processing Centre in Nauru.
The company also hit out at claims it doesn’t perform drug and alcohol tests on its employees.
Transfield Services reported a net profit of $8.4 million for the six months to end of December 2014.
