Primary Health Care (ASX: PRY) has reported a net profit of $119.1 million in the full year to June 30, a 3.9 per cent lift on the previous year's $114.6 million.
The pathology provider’s revenue in the period also rose 6.2 per cent to $1.618 billion.
The company says it will establish a property trust, to provide a more efficient structure for the company to help fund and operate its new centres.
Primary Health Care will pay a partly-franked final dividend of 11 cents per share, bringing the company’s total dividend for the year to 20 cents.
