Andrew Abercrombie has been appointed as the new chairman of FlexiGroup Limited
(ASX:FXL).
Current chairman Chris Beare and non-executive director Anne Ward have stepped down effective yesterday.
The company says the announcement of resignations had been made at a time, so as not to overshadow the release of the company’s financial year end results which will be released on Monday, 17 August 2015.
The search for a new CEO continues for the company, following the departure of former chief executive and managing director Tarek Robbiati in June.
FlexiGroup reported a net profit of $38.5 million in the first half of FY 2015.
