Decmil wins $57M Defence contract

Company News

Decmil Group Limited (ASX:DCG) has announced $57 million worth of new contracts it has won from the Department of Defence.

The work ranges across a number of projects in Western Australia, Queensland and the Northern Territory.

The services provider will upgrade fuel infrastructure, replace apartment blocks and construct an operations training facility.

The latest contract win follows fruitful tenders in other government and infrastructure projects as the company successfully diversifies away from the mining sector.

Decmil Group reported a net profit of $24.3 million for the six months to the end of December 2014.
