Ingenia Communities Group
(ASX:INA) says it has acquired a second lifestyle park in the Brisbane area for $8.15 million.
The Upstream Bethania park is located 40 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD and close to the recently acquired Chambers Pines Lifestyle Resort.
The latest purchase is an established manufactured home village consisting of 54 existing homes and 76 sites approved for development.
Ingenia says the acquisition will benefit by strong the Logan areas expected strong growth of the over 50’s population.
Ingenia reported a net loss of $987,000 for the half year to the end of December 2015.
