Organic food company Bellamy's Australia Limited
(ASX:BAL) has done a deal with Tatura Milk Industries to supply Bellamy’s Organic formula products.
Tatura is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bega Cheese and the agreement with Bellamy’s will run for six years providing for a cooperative approach to ingredient supply and long range planning.
The companies have had ongoing arrangements and this deal will formalise the relationship with long term and mutually beneficial terms.
Bellamy’s reported a net profit of $3.2 million in the first half of the 2015 financial year.
