Qantas Airways Limited
(ASX:QAN) has lifted its capacity and demand in May with its total passenger number up by 1 per cent.
The airline says its domestic routes were weak but its international flights saw higher load factors.
Jetstar domestic did report gains with a 2.1 per cent increase in passenger numbers for the month, as compared to last year.
Qantas reported a net profit of $206 million for the first half of the 2015 financial year.
