Geoff Roberts has been appointed Group CFO of SEEK Limited
(ASX:SEK) and will join the company in November this year.
The online job and training company says Mr Roberts has more than 20 years of finance experience including as managing partner of Deloitte Victoria and CFO at AXA Asia Pacific.
CEO Andrew Bassat says Mr Roberts has a proven track record over many years.
John Armstrong announced he is leaving the role in February and will remain with the company to help the transition process.
SEEK reported a net profit of $195 million in the first half of the 2015 financial year.
