Aspen Group Limited
(ASX:APZ) has inked a deal to buy a residential village in Western Australia for $10.2 million.
The property investor says the fully residential manufactured housing estate is called Mandurah Gardens Estate.
Mandurah has been established for 16 years and has 158 residential sites with a 100 per cent occupancy level.
Aspen Group says the acquisition is in line with its strategy to focus on the accommodation sector.
Aspen Group reported a net loss of $18.22 million in the first half of the 2015 financial year.
