Primary Health Care’s Limited
(ASX:PRY) CFO Andrew Duff has resigned but will remain with the company until the end of September.
The health care company says Mr Duff has been with the company since its ASX listing in 1998 and helped it grow into an ASX 100 listed company.
Mr Duff will step down once a successor is appointed and will assist with the finalisation of Primary’s full year results.
Primary reported a net profit of $53.3 million in the first half of the 2015 financial year.
