The CEO of APN News and Media Limited
(ASX:APN) Micheal Miller has resigned in light of his appointment as Executive Chairman of News Corp Australasia.
The advertising and publishing company says Mr Miller will be replaced by Ciaran Davis, who is currently CEO of the Australian Radio Network.
The move will be effective from the 1 September.
The company says Mr Miller will work with Mr Davis to ensure a smooth transition.
APN reported a net profit of $19.1 million in the 2014 calendar year.
