Adelaide Brighton Limited
(ASX:ABC) says it is well positioned to take advantage of opportunities for further growth.
The construction material and lime group has provided a positive outlook at its annual general meeting today.
Looking ahead Adelaide Brighton has forecast this year’s sales volume of cement and clinker to be similar to or greater than last years.
The company has also advised lower cement sales from January are expected to be offset by stronger demand in key markets and sales of other products.
Adelaide Brighton posted a record annual profit last year, growing 14 per cent to $172.6 million over the 2014 financial year.
