Warrnambool ties up Everyday Cheese buy

Warrnambool Cheese & Butter Factory Co.(ASX:WCB) has tied up the $137.5 million purchase of the Everyday Cheese business. 
 
The dairy producer says the business includes the COON, Cracker Barrel, Mil Lel and Fred Walker brands. 
 
The Victorian-based Everyday Cheese business generates annual sales of about $160 million and employs about 170 people. 
 
Warrnambool Cheese & Butter Factory expects the transaction to boost its presence in Australia’s consumer branded everyday cheese products.  
 
Warrnambool Cheese & Butter Factory reported a net profit of $34.3 million in the period to the end of March 2015.
