Mantra Group Limited
(ASX:MTR) have purchased another property and are raising their full year guidance.
The resort and hotel manager says it has beaten off over 20 other interested parties to secure the rights for the Soul Surfers Paradise beach front building, an iconic 77 level tower located in the heart of Surfers Paradise.
The building is operated under the premium Peppers brand. Mantra also settled on two Tasmanian properties this week. Mantra Charles Hotel and Launceston and Mantra Colling Hotel in Hobart.
The Group says that it expected full year EBITA to be around $72 million, up from forecasts of $69.5 million in their prospectus.
Manta Group reported a first half profit of $21.7 million for the 2015 financial year.
