Telstra Corporation Limited
(ASX:TLS) has appointed Warwick Bray as its new Chief Financial Officer to replace Andrew Penn who will start as CEO tomorrow.
Mr Bray joined Australia’s biggest telco in 2009 and has most recently held the position of the company’s group managing director products.
Telstra says Mr Bray will bring more than 25 years of global experience in finance, strategy, telecommunications and business development to the role.
Mr Bray has also been credited for his knowledge in and around telecommunications and technology and significant financial experience proven by his business results.
Telstra reported a record net profit of $2.11 billion in the first half of the 2015 financial year.
