Westpac Banking Corporation
(ASX:WBC) has partnered with Australia Post to facilitate customer access to banking services.
The Bank@Post service will give Westpac customers another way to bank with access to 3,200 participating Post Offices across Australia.
Westpac has described Australia Post as a great partner with extensive banking industry experience and a large retail footprint.
The bank believes the partnership is another way for customers to undertake face-to-face transactions with a guaranteed level of service.
Westpac Banking Corporation reported a net profit of $7.62 billion in the 2014 financial year.
