Seven Group Holdings
(ASX:SVW) has announced that Don Voelte will retire in August and Ryan Stokes will step into the role of CEO.
Mr Voelte has been Managing Director and CEO of Seven Group for the past seven years however he will be retiring from all directorships to focus on his family in the US.
Seven says Mr Voelte will remain available as an exclusive consultant to the Group, particularly in regard to the newly established SGH Energy division.
Incoming CEO and managing director Mr Stokes says the company’s core strategy remains the same and he will focus on building business.
Seven Group Holdings reported a net profit of $69.18 million for the first six months of the 2015 financial year.
