Abacus sells $32M QLD shopping centre

Abacus Property Group (ASX:ABP) has struck an agreement to sell the Aspley Village Shopping Centre in Queensland to an unnamed buyer.  
 
The property group divested the asset for $32.25 million and expects the transaction to settle in June this year. 
 
Aspley Village Shopping Centre is located about 12 kilometres from Brisbane’s central business district and includes specialty retail, medical and service tenancies. 
 
The sale comes just week after an Abacus joint venture with privately owned AM alpha inked a deal to sell a Sydney property for $112.3 million.
 
Abacus Property Group reported a net profit of $62.64 million in the first half of the 2015 financial year.
