Panorama Synergy Limited
(ASX:PSY) says it has received patent assignments for its LumiMEMS optical technology.
In the past, Panorama Synergy has had global license rights for the technology held under the umbrella University of Western Australia but now the intellectual property has been assigned to Panorama Sydney. Ongoing rights due to UniWA will be maintained and protected by Panorama.
The patent assignment is a key step for the scientific developer and provides certainty to shareholders, customers and investment partners.
