Sirius Resources
(ASX:SIR) says that the development and construction activities at its Nova nickel mine are on or ahead of schedule.
The metals company has awarded the tender for the processing plant to GR Engineering Services with works expected to get underway in the fourth quarter of this year.
Sirius says it has intersected high-grade gold at the Monsoon drilling and identified significant gold mineralisation trends at Baloo, Monsoon and Nanook.
Sirius reported a net loss of $4.5 million for the six month to the end of December 2014.
