ALE Property Group  (ASX:LEP) Managing Director Andrew Wilkinson presents at the ASX Investor Series in Sydney.

The company was established in 2003 and is Australia's largest listed freehold owner of pubs.

The presentation covers the company's unique asset portfolio and summary of performance.

Speaking about listed property trusts Mr Wilkinson says, "We've reported more than 22 per cent return not by doing particularly interesting things, not by taking huge risk, certainly not by expanding offshore. But by keeping it simple and secure."

"The pubs are operated by ALH their EBITDA for financial year 2014 was more than $700 million, contributing around 15 per cent of the profit of Woolworths."

"The Burvale Hotel that's 4.5 hectares of land. That's the same size as the Melbourne Cricket Ground including the stands."

"We have gearing around 51%. Which is higher than most property trusts but because of the long term leases we have we think that's very sustainable. Particularly with the security of the tenant."
