Aspen Group sells WA property, buys in QLD

Aspen Group Limited (ASX:APZ) has announced the sale of three properties in Western Australia and an acquisition in Queensland. 

The property investor’s 42 per cent owned Aspen Parks Property Fund has inked a deal to divest regional tourist properties in WA to RAC Tourism Assets Pty Ltd. 

Aspen says the sale price was inline with the assets net carrying value of $33.7 million and completing the conditions of the contract is expected to take some months. 

Aspen Parks Property Fund has also today purchased the 4.5 star Australiana Holiday Park north of Brisbane for $6.3 million.  

Aspen Group reported a net loss of $18.22 million in the first half of the 2015 financial year.
