3D Medical Limited
(ASX:3DM) has inked a letter of intent with a division of Telstra Corporation Limited
(ASX:TLS), Telstra Health, to explore entering a commercial relationship.
Telstra Health is developing an image and data management service and 3D has secured the exclusive reseller rights in Australia and New Zealand to Mach7 Technologies.
Mach7 is a developer of image management solutions for hospitals, radiology clinics and other health service providers.
The proposed software license and software agreement will enable supply of Telstra’s image and data management service to 3D customers and allow both groups to offer the service to a new customer base.
Commercial release is planned for the first quarter of the 2016 financial year.
3D Medical reported a net loss of almost $250,000 in the first half of the 2015 financial year.
