(ASX:TLS) has announced it is extending its strategic collaboration with Cisco to advance on-demand unified services.
Australia’s largest telco says Cisco’s advanced solutions will allow Telstra to rapidly launch new services to transform its customers experiences.
Telstra’s domestic and global business customers are poised to receive a unified, on-demand suite of cloud and managed network services.
Both groups will focus on delivering virtualized managed network and cloud services based on an open architecture to be built on Cisco’s Evolved Services Platform.
Telstra reported a record net profit of $2.1 billion in the first half of the 2015 financial year.
