Vocation hit by further class action

Vocation Limited (ASX:VET) has been informed on a third class action brought against it by international litigation funding firm IMF Bentham Limited (ASX:IMF)
 
Allegations of misconduct regarding the alleged deception surrounding the company’s Victorian government funding has haunted the education services provider since last year with three separate suits now being pursued through the courts. 
 
Vocation informed the ASX it has not yet received notice of any proceedings filed in the Supreme Court of Victoria and advised it is still finalising its financial reviews. Vocation says it will provide second half guidance when it reports its results on March 2. 
 
Vocation Limited (ASX:VET) reported a net profit of $8.3 million for the 2014 financial year.
