Phosphagenics Limited
(ASX:POH) has appointed Dr Ross Murdoch as its new boss after its former chief Dr Esra Ogru was jailed for fraud.
The drug delivery company says Dr Murdoch has more than 25 years of experience and held roles where he has built and rebuilt businesses.
Dr Murdoch was previously Senior Vice President at Shire Pharmaceuticals and President and Chief Operating Officer of Prana Biotechnology Limited
(ASX:PBT).
Chairman Lawrence Gozlan says Dr Murdoch has the qualities needed to ensure Phosphagenics achieves and exceeds its growth targets.
Phosphagenics reported a net loss of $2.78 million in the first half of the 2014 calendar year.
