Liquefied Natural Gas Limited
(ASX:LNG) has completed and submitted all data information to advance the US Federal Environmental Regulatory Commission (FERC) process for the Magnolia project in Louisiana.
LNG says the response was completed and filed on time and is a major step forward in the FERC approval procedure and issuance of a draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Magnolia LNG project.
The data information response is one of the final requests ahead of sign off and LNG Managing Director and CEO Maurice Brand says Magnolia LNG is well placed to achieve financial close in mid-2015 and first LNG in 2018.
