Mobile Embrace Limited
(ASX:MBE) will acquire the mobile advertising business Eggmobi in a deal worth about $1.4 million.
The digital media company says Eggmobi is innovative and profitable in building and implementing enagaging mobile advertising solutions.
The deal includes an additial earn-out element based on performance with Eggmobi targeting revenue of $2 million.
Mobile Embrace reported a net profit of $2.5 million in the 2014 financial year.
