Leighton Holdings developing Parramatta site

Leighton Holdings Limited (ASX:LEI) has sold and entered into a development agreement for 1PSQ with Charter Hall Group (ASX:CHC)
 
The construction and engineering company will develop a University of Western Sydney (UWS) campus building on a site in Parramatta, west of Sydney’s CBD. 
 
Leighton’s subsidiary Leighton Properties will execute the work which the company advises has an end value of $220.5 million. 
 
Construction is slated for completion in late 2016 for the first semester of University in early 2017.
 
Leighton Holdings reported a net profit of $285 million in the first half of the 2014 calendar year.
