(ASX:WDS), has appointed Laurence Voyer as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of WDS and Barry Glendinning as Chief Operations Officer and Finance Director of WDS to commence on 25 November 2014.
The former Leighton Holdings senior executives have a strong background in the contracting sector. Mr Voyer’s experience as head of Leighton’s Queensland contracting business and subsequently its national construction and mining business will be invaluable. Mr Glendinning has strong commercial, financial and operational skills developed through his experience in the oil, gas and civil construction sectors.
