RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Please be advised that the all the resolutions considered at the General Meeting of Shaw River Resources Limited’s and put to shareholders commencing at 12.30pm WST today, 17 May 2011, were passed by the requisite majority on a show of hands.
