Director Resignation
The Board of RNG advise that Mr Malcolm Macpherson has resigned as a Director of the Company.
The Chairman, Dr Kevin Tuckwell said that the Board had accepted Mr Macpherson’s resignation with regret. He added that Malcolm Macpherson, since joining the Board on 30 June 2008 had made a major contribution through his wise counsel to the Board and management of the Company.
The Board will commence a search to replace Mr Macpherson and will announce his replacement when the search is finalised.
