SETTLEMENT OF LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
MIKOH Corporation Limited (ASX: MIK) (MIKOH) refers to its announcement to the
Australian Securities Exchange of 24 May 2010 regarding legal proceedings
commenced against the Company and its Chairman by the Company's Former
Chief Financial Officer, Mr Ian Clark, in the Federal Court of Australia.
The Board of MIKOH is pleased to advise that those proceedings have been
settled with a without admission payment to Mr Clark of a confidential sum. Upon
completion of the settlement arrangements the Federal Court proceedings will be
dismissed.
