Appointment of CEO
The Board of MIKOH Corporation Limited (ASX: MIK) is pleased to announce that Richard Sealy has been appointed CEO. Richard is an experienced public company director having held numerous public company directorships in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom over the last 25 years.
Richard is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Additionally, having this year graduated with a GAICD, Richard therefore has current knowledge of the most recent corporate governance techniques as well as a sound understanding of the current securities legislation and stock exchange listing rules.
Over the last 25 years Richard has been instrumental in many reconstructions, mergers, acquisitions, and start-ups for industries as diverse as the mining industry, merchant banking, property investment and development, IT companies, the forestry industry, the private healthcare sector, venture capital, electronics, commercial furniture and the aviation industry.
Richard is an experienced CEO and brings the right expertise and experience that MIKOH needs at this time.
