Contract with Transitional CEO Ends
The Board of Mikoh Corporation Limited (“MIK”) advise that they have concluded the contract with the Transitional CEO, Dr Paul Scully-Power. Dr Scully-Power was appointed to oversee the Company’s transition through a specific consolidation and restructuring phase. This period has now been successfully completed.
The Company is now in a position to focus primarily on the promotion of its AVI product throughout SE Asia. The Company has already successfully established the rollout of its AVI and EVR products in Thailand and is hopeful of achieving similar success in other SE Asian countries. The management of the AVI division will remain under the direction of Mr Hans van Pelt, the current Chief Operating Officer, who will report directly to the Board.
The TransitVault and CertainID products will now come under the direction of Dr Peter Atherton, the Company’s Chief Technology Officer and Founder who will look for methods of developing and marketing these products in a way that has little cash impact on the Company while maximising the returns for shareholders.
