Commissioners Gold Ltd has been granted a portfolio of tenements for gold and base metals exploration, in the Lachlan Fold Belt of New South Wales, Australia. These tenements have been selected to provide immediate drill targets and early opportunities to develop modern economic gold mining.

All of the projects are in and around historical gold mining fields and Mongarlowe has significant historic production from associated alluvial gold workings. These gold fields are under-explored by any yardstick, particularly when compared to the historical gold mining fields of Western Australia, with some having had little attention since their initial discovery.

Dear Investors

On behalf of the Board of Directors I am pleased to advise you that the Commissioners Gold Share Offer has now been extended until the 22nd of July 2011 as outlined in the enclosed Supplementary Prospectus. The funds raised will allow Commissioners Gold to carry out all of the proposed exploration programs outlined in the Prospectus.

You will see in the Supplementary Prospectus Commissioners Gold has reported very positive gold results from recent ongoing field work at the Cowarra Gold Project. Rock chip samples grading as high as 33 grams, or approximately one ounce per tonne gold were found along a 2.8 kilometre long strike segment hosting gold-sulphide mineralisation at Cowarra.
