Change in Director Status and Registered Office Address
Carrick Gold (ASX:CRK) is pleased to announce that Director Robert Schuitema has agreed to formalise his role as part the company's executive team.
The Directors, along with the CEO John McKinstry, agreed that Mr Schuitema’s on-going role as Company Secretary, and his close working with the CEO on the Company’s corporate activities warranted a change in status from Non-Executive to Executive Director.
A Director of Carrick Gold Limited since September 2010, Mr Schuitema has experience and expertise from a long and successful career in resourcing company financing. In addition, he has extensive public company directorship experience and is currently on the Boards of Phoslock Water Solutions Limited and Condor Metals Limited.
Carrick’s Chairman, Mr Laurence Freedman AM, commented that “Carrick has entered an extremely busy period, with both development at the LKK project and assessing a number of corporate opportunities. This is the first of a number of moves further improving the Company’s corporate governance, based on the increasing need for more direct interaction of Directors with the day to day activities of the business”.
Change of Registered Office Address.
The Company wishes to advise that with the completion of relocation and manning of its corporate office in Perth, the Registered Office has changed to:
