REINSTATEMENT TO OFFICIAL QUOTATION CONVERTIBLE NOTES
The suspension of trading in the MSTG and MSTGA convertible notes of Metal Storm Limited (the “Company”) (the “Convertible Notes”) will be lifted immediately following receipt of announcements disclosing the outcome of resolutions considered by shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) and holders of the Convertible Notes (“Noteholders”) at respective Shareholder and Noteholder meetings where the extension of the maturity of the Convertible Notes by a further period of six months to 1 March 2012 was approved by both Shareholders and Noteholders.
