Australia’s leading owner, operator and manager of retirement communities, Aveo Group (ASX:AOG) today announces that Ms Anna Wyke has been appointed Company Secretary, effective Wednesday, 21 June 2017.
Ms Wyke will be the person responsible for communications with the ASX in relation to listing rule matters.
Further, Ms Nicole Moodie has resigned as Company Secretary, effective Wednesday, 21 June 2017. The Directors would like to thank Ms Moodie for her contribution to Aveo Group and wish her well in her future endeavours.
